That the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up and that accordingly the company be wound up voluntarily and that Mr K. C. Taylor, chartered accountant, of Christchurch, be appointed provisional liquidator.
Accordingly a meeting of the creditors of the above company will be held in the boardroom, Chamber of Commerce Buildings, corner Oxford Terrace and Worcester Street, Christchurch, on Friday, 27 September 1974, at 10.30 a.m.
