charges (freight or otherwise) are incurred by the retailer. Any
authority given by the Tribunal under this clause may apply
with respect to a specified lot or consignment of oranges, or
may relate generally to all Swaziland oranges to which this
order applies sold by the retailer while the approval remains
in force.
DUTY IMPOSED ON RETAILERS
- Every retailer who offers or exposes any Swaziland
oranges for sale in any shop shall keep in a prominent position
in such proximity to the oranges to which it relates as to be
obviously descriptive thereof, a ticket, placard, or label on
which shall be stated in legible and prominent characters the
following particulars:
(a) The retail price per pound of the oranges. Retailers to
whom clause 4 (1) (b) of this order applies shall state at least
the prices for 1 lb and 2 lb lots.
(b) The word “Swaziland”.

Approval of Motor-Cycle Safety Helmets in Terms of Traffic
Regulations 1956
PURSUANT to clause (2) of regulation 29 of the Traffic
Regulations 1956*, the Secretary for Transport hereby
approves, for the purpose of the said regulations, of the
motor-cycle safety helmets of the make and type described
in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
SAFETY helmets manufactured by Bell Helmets Inc., and
marked “Star 120”, “R-T”, and “Super Magnum” and bearing
the certification mark of the Safety Helmet Council
of America.

Environmental Impact Report Notified—Oaonui to New
Plymouth Gas Line
THE Commission for the Environment gives notice that it
has received an environmental impact report on the proposal
to build a gas line to pipe gas coming from the Maui field
from Oaonui to New Plymouth. Representations in writing
on the environmental aspects of the project, as it is explained
in the report, will be received at the office of the Commission,
P.O. Box 12-042, Wellington North, until Friday, 25 October
1974.
Copies of the report may be purchased from the Maui
Pipeline Project Office, Ministry of Works and Development,
P.O. Box 12-184, Wellington North (25 Hutt Road), or
seen at the New Plymouth and Opunake public libraries
and at the libraries of Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch,
Dunedin, the Hocken Library, and the 7 university institutions.
