Pursuant to section 3 (1) of the Waimakariri River Improvement Amendment Act 1930, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the sale of the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Lots 3 and 4, D.P. 10389, situated in Block XV, Rangiora Survey District: area, 1415 square metres.

Reapportioning Representation on the Hawke's Bay Catchment Board

Pursuant to the Soil Conservation and Rivers Control Act 1941, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby amends the Order in Council dated 12 September 1962, published in New Zealand Gazette, 13 September 1962, Volume III, p. 1502, declaring the number of members and apportioning representation on the Hawke's Bay Catchment Board by deleting the Schedule thereto and substituting the following Schedule.

Commissioner of Crown Lands, Department of Lands and Survey, Napier,
Fields Superintendent, Department of Agriculture and Fisheries, Hastings, and
District Forest Ranger, New Zealand Forest Service, Napier.

Appointing a Deputy to a Member of the Water Resources Council
DENIS BLUNDELL, Governor-General
Pursuant to the Water and Soil Conservation Act 1967, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby appoint David Cargill Isaacs, an officer of the Department of Scientific and Industrial Research, as deputy to Dr David Kear on the Water Resources Council from and after the 23rd day of September 1974.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General this 30th day of August 1974.

Revocation of Full General Court Martial Warrant
DENIS BLUNDELL, Governor-General
To the Commander, 28 Australian, New Zealand, and United Kingdom Brigade.
Whereas I am empowered by the New Zealand Army Act 1950 to authorise and empower you from time to time and as occasion may require to convene General Courts-martial for the trial of any person subject to military law who is charged with an offence for which such person may be tried by Court-martial and to confirm the findings and sentences of such Courts-martial, and also to authorise and empower you to delegate such of these powers as you may think fit to any officer under your command or jurisdiction not below the rank of field officer;
And whereas by Warrant dated the 1st day of November 1971 power and authority as aforesaid was granted to you;
And whereas owing to the formation of the New Zealand Force SOUTH EAST ASIA, the circumstances which gave rise to that Warrant no longer exist;
Now therefore I, Sir Denis Blundell the Governor-General of New Zealand, do hereby cancel and revoke with effect from the 1st day of February 1974 the said Warrant dated the 1st day of November 1971 and all Warrants issued thereunder.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General this 18th day of December 1973.
