Land Taken for Road in Block XIII, Galatea Survey District, Whakatane County

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Whakatane as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 19th day of September 1974.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block XIII, Galatea Survey District, described as follows:

0 2 7.8 Part Whirinaki No. 2 Block, 3B No. 3 Block: coloured yellow on plan.
0 0 15.8 Part Whirinaki No. 2 Section 1A Block: coloured sepia on plan.

As shown on the plan marked M.O.W. 28073 (S.O. 47413) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works and Development at Wellington and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Declaring Land in the North Auckland Land District, Vested in the Auckland Education Board as a Site for a School to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Auckland Education Board as a site for a school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every education trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—WHANGAREI COUNTY

SECTION 3A, Block III, Whangarei Survey District: area, 4.0797 hectares, more or less (S.O. Plan 7075).

Vesting Reclaimed Land in the City of Tauranga

ORDER IN COUNCIL

At the Government House at Wellington this 26th day of August 1974

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to section 175B (2) of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby vests in the City of Tauranga the land described in the Schedule hereto, which land was authorised for reclamation by Order in Council of 9 August 1971*.

SCHEDULE

1. All that area of reclaimed Crown land from the Tauranga Harbour, being part Allotment 423 of Section 1, Town of Tauranga situated in Block X, Tauranga Survey District: area, 1 rood and 31.52 perches (1809 square metres) as shown on plan S.O. 47610.

2. The District Land Registrar is hereby authorised to make such entries in his register as are necessary to give effect to this order.
