Authorisation of the Exchange of Part of a Reserve for Other Land
Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby authorises the exchange of that part of the reserve for recreation purposes described in the First Schedule hereto for the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.

The Traffic (Morrisville Borough and Piako County) Notice No. 1, 1974
Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Morrisville Borough and Piako County) Notice No. 1, 1974.

2. The road specified in the First Schedule hereto is hereby excluded from the limitations as to speed imposed by section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

3. The road specified in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a 40-miles-an-hour speed limit area for the purposes of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956.*

4. The road specified in the Third Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a limited speed zone for the purposes of regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.

5. The Traffic (Morrisville Borough and Piako County) Notice No. 1, 1970, dated the 14th day of July 1970†, under section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, and regulations 27 and 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956*, which relates to roads situated within Morrisville Borough and Piako County is hereby revoked.

Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Dunedin City) Notice No. 1, 1974.
2. All the roads within the area specified in the First Schedule hereto with the exception of those roads specified in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed by section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
3. The roads specified in the Third Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be limited speed zones for the purposes of regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.
