Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to the Hydatids Act 1968, His Excellency the
Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent
of the Executive Council hereby makes the following order.


O R D E R

  1. (1) This order may be cited as the South Wairarapa
    Hydatids Control District Order 1974.
    (2) This order shall come into force on the day after
    the date of its notification in the Gazette.

  2. The areas comprising the Counties of Wairarapa South
    and Featherston and the Boroughs of Carterton, Greytown,
    Featherston, and Martinborough are hereby declared to be
    united to form a hydatids control district to be called the
    South Wairarapa Hydatids Control District.

  3. The South Wairarapa Hydatids Control Authority is
    hereby appointed the hydatids control authority for the South
    Wairarapa Hydatids Control District.

Governor-General acting by and with the advice and consent
of the Executive Council hereby makes the following order.


O R D E R

  1. (1) This order may be cited as the Amuri County
    Hydatids Control District Order 1974.
    (2) This order shall come into force on the day after
    the date of its notification in the Gazette.

  2. The area comprising the County Council of Amuri, as
    from time to time constituted, is hereby declared to be a
    hydatids control district to be called the Amuri County
    Hydatids Control District.

  3. The Amuri County Council is hereby appointed the
    hydatids control authority for the Amuri County Hydatids
    Control District.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to the Electric Power Boards Act 1925, His
Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes
the following order.


O R D E R

  1. (i) This order may be cited as the Central Waikato
    Electric Power District Representation Order 1974.
    (ii) This order shall come into force on the date of the
    next general election of members of local authorities.

  2. The constituent districts of the Central Waikato Electric
    Power District, which are bracketed together in the first
    column of the Schedule hereto, shall be a combined district
    for the purpose of the said Act.

  3. The local authority of the constituent district distinguished
    in the first column of the said Schedule by the letter “(P)”
    shall be the principal local authority for the said combined
    district.

  4. The number of representatives of each constituent district
    or combined district of the Central Waikato Electric Power
    Board shall be the number specified in the said Schedule
    opposite the name of that constituent district or combined
    district.

  5. The Order in Council appointing representation on
    the Central Waikato Electric Power Board dated 4 June
    1968, and published in the New Zealand Gazette on 20 June
    1968 at p. 1024 is hereby revoked.

Amendment to Rules of the Wellington Stock Exchange

PURSUANT to section 11 of the Sharebrokers Act 1908, the
Governor-General in Council, on 5 August 1974, approved
the following amendment to the Rules of the Wellington
Stock Exchange.

Wellington Stock Exchange—Amendment of Rules
Rule 78—Rule 78 is amended by deleting the words “twenty-
one” and substituting the word “twenty”.
