In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter
of ENGINEERING PRODUCTION COMPANY LTD.:
NOTICE is hereby given that the Order of the Supreme Court
dated the 7th day of June 1974, confirming the reduction
of capital of the above-named company from $6,000 to $1,000
and the minute approved by the Court showing, with respect
to the capital of the company as altered, the several particulars
required by the above-mentioned Act, was registered by the
Registrar of Companies on the 30th day of July 1974. The

The capital of Engineering Production Company Ltd. is

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND UNDER THE PUBLIC
WORKS ACT 1928
NOTICE is hereby given that the Whangarei City Council
proposes to take, under the provisions of the Public Works
Act 1928, the land described in the Schedule hereto for
street. Notice is further given that a plan of the land so
required to be taken is deposited in the office of the said
council situated in Bank Street, Whangarei, and is there
available for public inspection without fee by all persons
during office hours. All persons affected by the execution
of the said work or by the taking of such land who have
any objections to the execution of the said public work
or to the taking of the said land must state their objections
in writing and send the same within forty (40) days from
the first publication of this notice to the Town and Country
Planning Appeal Board. If any objection is made, a public
hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector
otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the
time and place of the hearing.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
In the matter of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954, and the
Public Works Act 1928, notice is hereby given that the East
Coast Bays Borough Council proposes under the provisions
of the above-named Acts to execute a certain public work,
namely, to construct and lay out a service lane on part of the
property at the corner of Beach Road and Sidmouth Street,
Mairangi Bay, Auckland, in the Borough of East Coast
Bays and for the purposes of such public work the land
described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken. A
plan of the land so required is deposited in the Council Offices
at Glen Road, Browns Bay, Auckland, where it is open
for inspection during ordinary office hours. All persons directly
affected by the taking of such land who have any objections
to the taking of the said land must state their objections in
writing, not being an objection to the amount or payment of
compensation, and send the written objection within 40 days
