IN THE MATTER of the Companies Act 1955, and IN THE MATTER of KEDRON MOTORS LIMITED:
NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was, on the 3rd day of July 1974, presented to the said Court by EXCELSIOR MOTORS LIMITED, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Te Kuiti and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Hamilton on the 22nd day of August 1974, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
NOTICE is hereby given that the Timaru City Council proposes under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take for service lane the lands described in the Schedule hereto, such lands to be used as service lane. And notice is hereby further given that the plan of the lands so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Town Clerk of the Timaru City Council, situated in King George’s Place, Timaru, and is there open for inspection; that all persons directly affected by the taking of the said lands should, if they have any objection to the taking of the said lands, not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation, make a written objection and send it within 40 days after the first publication of this notice, to the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board, P.O. Box 12-224, at Wellington North, and that if any objection is made in accordance with this notice, a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

TE AWAMUTU BOROUGH COUNCIL
IN the matter of the Public Works Act 1928 and its amendments: public notice is hereby given that the Te Awamutu Borough Council proposes to execute a certain public work, to wit, waterworks being the construction of a pipeline to carry water in connection with the Borough Water Works for which purpose the easement over land described in the Schedule hereto requires to be taken by the Council under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928. A plan of the easement required to be taken as aforesaid lies open to public inspection at the office of the Te Awamutu Borough Council in Roche Street, Te Awamutu. Every person directly affected is hereby called upon to set forth in writing any objection he may wish to make to the execution of such work or to the taking of such easement not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation and to send such written objection to the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board, Wellington, within 40 days from the first publication of this notice. A public hearing of the objection will be held unless the objector otherwise requires and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.
