PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that,
a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into,
the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken
for road and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and
Inhabitants of the County of Waitemata from and after the
25th day of July 1974.

Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 23) 1974
Pursuant to regulation 17 of the Import Control Regulations 1973*, the Minister of Trade and Industry hereby gives notice as follows:

1. (a) This notice may be cited as the Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 23) 1974.
   (b) This notice shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
2. Goods of the class specified and for the purposes of the Customs Tariff falling within the Tariff items in the First Schedule hereto,
   imported from and being the produce or manufacture of any country, are hereby exempted from the requirement of a licence under the
   said regulations.
3. Goods of the class specified and for the purposes of the Customs Tariff falling within the Tariff items in the Second Schedule hereto,
   imported from and being the produce or manufacture of Australia, are hereby exempted from the requirement of a licence under the said
   regulations.
4. The exemptions from the requirement of a licence under the said regulations in respect of the goods of the class set forth in the Second
   Schedule hereto, included in the exempting notice shown in the Third Schedule, are hereby withdrawn.
