District; thence generally north-westerly along the middle of
East Coast Road to a point in line with the eastern boundary
of Lot 4, D.P. 32247; thence northerly along a right line
crossing the last-mentioned road to and along the said eastern
boundary and the eastern boundaries of Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5,
and 6, D.P. 65500, Lot 1, D.P. 32247, Allotment S.E. 294,
and Allotment N.W. 294, Pukenatua Parish, to the northern-
most corner of Allotment N.W. 294 aforesaid; thence south-
westerly along the north-western boundary of that Allotment
to its junction in Block XVI, Waiwera Survey District, with
the right bank of a tributary of the Okura River; thence
northerly along the said right bank, to and north-easterly
along the right bank of the Okura River and continuing
southerly along the line of mean high water of the Hauraki
Gulf to the easternmost corner of Allotment 37, Okura Parish,
in Block XVI, Waiwera Survey District; thence westerly
generally along the southern boundaries of the said Allot-
ment 37, crossing the intervening Long Bay Drive, to the
north-western corner of Lot 18, Deeds Plan 148; thence along
a right line across Beach Road to and along the southern
boundaries of Lot 1, D.P. 51779, Lot 1, D.P. 50741, and
Lot 8, D.P. 40798, along a right line across Glenvar Road
to the northernmost corner of Lot 1, D.P. 36089; thence
westerly and southerly generally along the generally southern
side of Glenvar Road to and along the southern boundaries
of Allotment 319, Okura Parish, and again along the southern
side of Glenvar Road to and along the northern and western
boundaries of an area of 25.7 perches (650 square metres)
shown on S.O. plan 47475 taken for road (Gazette,
1973, page 1416) and again along the generally south-
ern side of Glenvar Road and the eastern side of East
Coast Road to the southernmost corner in Block IV,
Waitemata Survey District, of Lot 9, D.P. 40585 (now public
street); thence along a right line across East Coast Road
to and southerly generally along the north-western and south-
western boundaries of Lot 1, D.P. 37510, the south-western
boundaries of Lots 2 to 10 inclusive, D.P. 37510, along
a right line to and along the south-western boundaries of
Lots 12, 13, 14, and 15, D.P. 37510, the generally western
boundaries of Lots 1 to 17 inclusive, D.P. 39437, to the
northern side of Rosedale Road; thence along a right line
to the junction of the southern side of the said road with
a line 50.29 metres (250 links) distant from and measured
south-westerly at right angles to the south-western side of
the road forming the north-eastern boundary of Allotment 441,
Paremoremo Parish; thence along a line parallel to that
roadside and continuing along a series of right lines
50.29 metres (250 links) distant from and parallel to the
generally western side of the public road forming the
generally eastern boundaries of Allotment 442, Paremoremo
Parish, Allotments N.W. 197, M. 197, and E. 197, Takapuna
Parish, crossing the intervening Windsor Place to the inter-
section in Block VIII, Waitemata Survey District, with a
line 50.29 metres (250 links) distant from and measured
north-westerly at right angles to the north-western side of
Sunset Road; thence south-westerly generally along a series
of right lines 50.29 metres (250 links) distant from and
parallel to the generally north-western sides of Sunset Road
and Glendhu Road crossing the intervening State Highway
No. 1 to the junction with the south-western boundary of
Lot 26, D.P. 2093; thence south-easterly along the south-
western boundary of that Lot 26 to its southernmost corner
in Block VII, Waitemata Survey District; thence due south
to and south-westerly along the right bank of Hellyers Creek
and continuing northerly generally along the line of mean
high water of the Waitemata Harbour to, and northerly
and southerly along, the left and right banks of Lucas Creek,
and westerly along the line of mean high water of the
Waitemata Harbour to the left bank of the Paremoremo
Creek; thence northerly along that left bank to the point
of commencement.

Constitution of the Rotorua Hydatids Control District

Present:

His Excellency the Governor-General in Council
PURSUANT to the Hydatids Act 1968, His Excellency the
Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent
of the Executive Council hereby makes the following order.

ORDER

  1. (1) This order may be cited as the Rotorua Hydatids
    Control District Order 1974.
    (2) This order shall come into force on the day after
    the date of its notification in the Gazette.

  2. The areas comprising the County of Rotorua and the
    City of Rotorua, as from time to time constituted, are hereby
    declared to be united to form a hydatids control district to
    be called the Rotorua Hydatids Control District.

  3. The Rotorua Joint Hydatids Authority is hereby appointed
    the hydatids control authority for the Rotorua Hydatids
    Control District.

of the Executive Council hereby makes the following order.

ORDER

  1. (1) This order may be cited as the Paparua County
    Hydarids Control District Order 1974.
    (2) This order shall come into force on the day after
    the date of its notification in the Gazette.

  2. The area comprising the County of Paparua as from time
    to time constituted is hereby declared to be a hydatids
    control district to be called the Paparua County Hydatids
    Control District.

  3. The Paparua County Council is hereby appointed the
    hydatids control authority for the Paparua County Hydatids
    Control District.
