of the abovementioned company by the Supreme Court was
on the 13th day of December 1973 presented to the said
Supreme Court by U.E.B. INDUSTRIES LIMITED of Auckland,
Merchants and that the said Petition is directed to be
heard before the Court sitting at Rotorua on the 22nd day
of February 1974 at ten o'clock in the forenoon and any
creditor or contributory of the said Company desirous to
support or oppose the making of an order on the said

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO ACQUIRE LAND FOR ACCESSWAY
NOTICE is hereby given that the Wanganui City Council
intends to undertake a certain work, namely an accessway,
and for the purpose of such work the parcel of land described
in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken pursuant to
the Public Works Act 1928, and notice is further given
that a plan showing the land proposed to be taken is
deposited at the offices of the said Council, situate at Guyton
Street, Wanganui, and may there be inspected, without fee,
by all persons during ordinary office hours.
All persons affected by the proposed work or by the
taking of the said land and who have any objection thereto
(not being an objection to the amount of payment of com-
pensation) must state their objection in writing and send
the same to the Town Clerk, Wanganui City Council, 101
Guyton Street, P.O. Box 637, Wanganui so as to reach
him not later than Wednesday 20 February 1974, which
is 40 days after the first publication of this notice. If
any objection is received the public hearing of the same
will be held unless the objector requires otherwise, and each
objector will be advised the time and place of such hearing.
SCHEDULE
ALL that parcel of land situated in the land registration
district of Wellington and the City of Wanganui containing
8.5 perches, more or less, being Lot 12A on Deposited Plan
1912, and being part of the land contained in certificate
of title, Volume 126, folio 233, Wellington Registry.
The land described is an 18 feet wide strip of land
between Mason Terrace and Heads Road, Wanganui.
Dated at Wanganui this 11th day of January 1974.

IN the matter of the Wellington Regional Water Board Act
1972, and in the matter of the Public Works Act 1928:
NOTICE is hereby given that the Wellington Regional Water
Board, duly constituted under the Wellington Regional Water
Board Act 1972, proposes under the provisions of the above-
named Acts and of all other Acts, powers and authorities
enabling it in that behalf to execute public works, namely
water supply, afforestation and passive recreation, and for
the general purposes of those public works the lands described
in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken and notice
is hereby further given, that a plan of the lands which are
