Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 405 (2) of The Companies Act 1955, that The Bob Martin Export Company, a company duly incorporated in England and having its place of business for New Zealand at Wellington, having made appropriate arrangements with a successor company for the continuity of the business, intends upon the expiration of three (3) months from the date of the first publication of this notice to cease to have a place of business in New Zealand.

UPON reading the notice of motion for an order confirming a reduction of capital dated the 22nd day of April 1974 and the affidavit of ALFRED ISSAAC DIXON, of Hastings, chartered accountant, and sworn and filed herein and the exhibits therein respectively referred to it is ordered that the reduction of capital resolved by special resolution, dated the 19th day of February 1974, in the following terms:
That the capital of the company be reduced from sixty-one thousand two hundred dollars ($61,200) divided into 61,200 shares of one dollar ($1) each to $6120 divided into 61200 shares of ten cents (10c) each such reduction to be effected by repaying to the holders of the ordinary shares the sum of ninety cents (90c) per share being capital which is in excess of the wants of the company.
be and the same is hereby confirmed and it is further ordered that the following minute showing the amount of capital of the company be and the same is hereby approved:
The amount of the share capital of Riverina Farming Company Limited, as altered by order of the Supreme Court confirming the reduction of share capital is $6200 divided into 16200 shares of ten cents (10c) and at the date of registration of the minute the amount of ten cents (10c) is deemed to be paid up on each share.
And it is further ordered that notice of registration of the order and minute to be published once in the New Zealand Gazette within 30 days of registration.

CORRIGENDUM
In the notice given by Waitetara County Council of intention to take land in Block XIV, Waipakura Survey District, for a road, published in New Zealand Gazette, No. 48, 16 May 1974, p. 1001, for the description “121 square metres” in the Schedule to this notice read “1214 square metres” which last-mentioned description appeared in the original notice signed by the County Clerk.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
In the matter of the Public Works Act 1928, the Municipal Corporations Act 1954, the Urban Renewal and Housing Improvement Act 1945, and their respective amendments notice is hereby given that the Wellington City Council proposes under the provisions of the above-named Acts and all other Acts, powers, and authorities, enabling it in that behalf to execute a certain public work for the purposes of Part II of the Urban Renewal and Housing Improvement Act 1945, in the City of Wellington; and for the purpose of that public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land which is required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Town Clerk to the said Council in the Municipal Office Building, 5 Mercer Street, Wellington, and is there open for inspection, without fee, by all persons during ordinary office hours and that any person affected by the execution of the said public work or the taking of the said land should, if he has any objection to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said land, not being an objection to amount or payment of compensation, send his written objection within 40 days from the first publication of this notice to the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board, 32 Mulgrave Street, Wellington, and notice is hereby further given that if any objection is made as aforesaid a public hearing of that objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of that hearing and at that hearing each objector will be advised of the reasons for the proposed taking.
SCHEDULE
All that parcel of land known as No. 7 Brown Street, Wellington, containing six and one-tenth (6.1) perches, more or less, situate in the City of Wellington, being part of Town Section 743 and being all the land in Deposited Plan No. 4174 and being all of the land in certificate of title 258/7 (Wellington Registry).
