CORRIGENDUM

In the notice dated the 4th day of April 1974, and published
in the Gazette, 2 May 1974, No. 44, page 867, declaring
land acquired for a Government work and not required
for that purpose to be Crown land, pursuant to section 35
of the Public Works Act 1928, for the words “coloured
orange edged orange” read the words “coloured edged orange”
which last-mentioned words appear in the original notice
signed for the Minister of Works and Development.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward
Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby
proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for the generation of electricity.
