At the Government House at Wellington this 24th day of June 1974
Present:
His Excellency The Governor-General In Council
Pursuant to the Hydatids Act 1968, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

ORDER

  1. (1) This order may be cited as the Waikohu, Waiapu, Cook County and Opotiki Hydatids Control Districts Abolition Order 1974.
    (2) This order shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.

  2. The hydatids control districts described in the Schedule hereto are hereby abolished.

Constitution of the East Coast Hydatids Control District
(No. 780 Ag. 21171)

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government House at Wellington this 24th day of June 1974
Present:
His Excellency The Governor-General In Council
Pursuant to the Hydatids Act 1968, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council hereby makes the following order.

ORDER

  1. (1) This order may be cited as the East Coast Hydatids Control District Order 1974.
    (2) This order shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.

  2. The areas comprising the Counties of Cook, Opotiki, Waiapu, and Waikohu, and the City of Gisborne as from time to time constituted are hereby declared to be united to form a hydatids control district to be called the East Coast Hydatids Control District.

  3. The East Coast Hydatids Control Authority is hereby appointed the hydatids control authority for the East Coast Hydatids Control District.

Pursuant to the Hydatids Act 1968, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council hereby makes the following order.

ORDER

  1. (1) This order may be cited as the Waimairi County Hydatids Control District Order 1974.
    (2) This order shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.

  2. The area comprising the County of Waimairi as from time to time constituted is hereby declared to be a hydatids control District.

  3. The Waimairi County Council is hereby appointed the hydatids control authority for the Waimairi County Hydatids Control District.

Boundaries of Manukau City and Franklin County Altered

At the Government House at Wellington this 1st day of July 1974
Present:
His Excellency The Governor-General In Council
Pursuant to the Local Government Commission Act 1967, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

ORDER

  1. This order shall come into effect on 1 July 1974.

  2. The area described in the Schedule hereto shall be excluded from the district of Manukau City and included in the district of Franklin County.

SCHEDULE

ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District bounded by a line commencing at the southernmost corner of Allotment 167, Otau Parish, in Block XIII, Wairoa Survey District, and proceeding northerly generally along the generally western boundaries of Allotments 167 and 169 to the southernmost corner of Allotment 168 in Block XIII, Wairoa Survey District; thence northerly along the western boundary and north-easterly along the north-western boundaries of the said Allotment 168 to and north-easterly along the north-western boundary of part Kiripaka Block shown on D.P. 1918A to the northernmost corner of the said Block XIV, Wairoa Survey District; thence south-easterly along the north-eastern boundary and southerly along the eastern boundary of that part Kiripaka Block shown on D.P. 1918A, to and southeasterly along the north-eastern boundary of part Kiripaka Block shown on D.P. 2712 to and south-westerly along the south-eastern boundary of the last-mentioned part Kiripaka Block crossing the intervening Allotment 168, to and south-easterly along the north-eastern boundaries of Allotment E75 and the intervening Allotment 155 and along the north-eastern boundaries of Allotments 95 and 94, all the aforesaid allotments being of Otau Parish to the westernmost corner of
