CORRIGENDUM
In the Declaration dated the 22nd day of April 1974,
published in Gazette, No. 44, 2 May 1974, at page 866,
declaring land taken for road in Block I, Takahue Survey
District, Bay of Islands County, pursuant to section 32 of
the Public Works Act 1928, for the words 'and thereon
marked "D"' in the Schedule to the said Declaration, read
'and thereon marked "F"' which last-mentioned words appear
in the original Declaration signed for the Minister of Works
and Development.

CORRIGENDUM
In the notice setting apart Maori freehold land as a reservation
to be named "Otarawa Wahitapu" published in Gazette,
20 June 1974, No. 59, p. 1210, for "Matatau" read "Motatau",
which last-mentioned word appears in the original notice
signed by the Deputy Secretary for Maori and Island Affairs.

Land Taken for the Generation of Electricity in the Township of Duntroon, Maerewhenua Survey District, Waitaki County

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the generation of electricity.

Amending a Proclamation Taking Land for a Recreation Ground in Block XIV, Waitemata Survey District, Waitemata County

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928,
I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby amend the Proclamation dated the 12th day of December 1973, and published in the Gazette, 24 January 1974, No. 3, on page 109, taking land for a recreation ground in Block XIV, Waitemata Survey District, Waitemata County, by omitting the words "Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Whangarei", and substituting the words "Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Waitemata".
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 17th day of June 1974.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for resubdivision and improvement in a reclamation area proclaimed under Part II of the Urban Renewal and Housing Act 1945 and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Auckland, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day of July 1974.
