Land Purchased for Railway Purposes at Huntly Set Apart
for Generation of Electricity
PURSUANT to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Railways hereby declares that the land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for generation
of electricity, subject to the mining easement appurtenant to
the mines and minerals in and under the land in C.T. 1042/
183 created by transfer No. 13477, on and after the 20th day
of June 1974.

Pursuant to the Electricity Act 1968, the Minister of
Electricity amends the Licence dated the 11th day of August
1970 (Gazette, 20 August 1970, page 1480) authorising
Rothmans Tobacco Company Limited to erect and use electric
lines by deleting the existing Schedule and substituting the
following.
SCHEDULE
ELECTRIC lines crossing Ossian, Colin, and Domett Streets;
all being situated in Block IV, Heretaunga Survey District,
in Napier City, as shown on the plans marked N.Z.E.D. 808
and 898 deposited in the office of the New Zealand Electricity
Department at Wellington.
