β¨ Financial Transfers and Traffic Regulations
Transfer by the State Advances Corporation of New Zealand to the Rural Banking and Finance Corporation of New Zealand of Certain Instruments by Way of Security
Pursuant to section 41 of the Rural Banking and Finance Corporation Act 1974, the State Advances Corporation of New Zealand hereby transfers all its interests, rights, and powers under the instruments by way of security, under the Chattels Transfer Act 1924, respectively mentioned in the Schedule hereto to the Rural Banking and Finance Corporation of New Zealand.

Approval of Class C Mobile Machinery
Pursuant to the Motor Vehicle Taxation Regulations 1966, the Minister of Transport hereby approves for the purpose of Part II of the Third Schedule of the said regulations, the following machinery:
Mobile heart survey units.

The Traffic (Waverley Town District and Patea County) Notice No. 1, 1974
Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE
- This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Waverley Town District and Patea County) Notice No. 1, 1974.
- The roads specified in the First Schedule hereto are hereby excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed by Section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
- The roads specified in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be 40-miles-an-hour speed limit areas for the purposes of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.
- The Traffic (Waverley Town District and Patea County) Notice No. 1, 1973, dated the 31st day of January 1973β , under section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, and regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956, which relates to roads situated in Waverley Town District and Patea County is hereby revoked.
FIRST SCHEDULE
Situated within Waverley Town District and Patea County:
No. 3 State Highway (Hamilton-Woodville via New Plymouth): from the western boundary of Waverley Town District to a point 60 metres measured westerly generally along the said State highway from Swinbourn Street and from the eastern boundary of Waverley Town District to a point 100 metres measured easterly generally along the said State highway from Chester Street.
Chester Street: from a point 500 Metres measured northerly generally from the No. 3 State Highway (HamiltonWoodville via New Plymouth) to the northern boundary of Waverley Town District.
Gloag Street: from a point 500 metres measured northerly generally from the No. 3 State Highway (HamiltonWoodville via New Plymouth) to the northern boundary of Waverley Town District.
SECOND SCHEDULE
Situated within Waverley Town District and Patea County:
No. 3 State Highway (Hamilton-Woodville via New Plymouth): from a point 60 metres measured westerly generally along the said highway from Swinbourn Street to Wilson Street and from a point 100 metres measured easterly generally along the said highway from Chester Street to a point 200 metres measured easterly generally from the eastern boundary of Waverley Town District.
