Bounded to the south-west by Soldiers Road commencing
at a point 2½ chains from the junction with Ratanui Road.
The land has an average depth of 30 chains from Ratanui
Road.

The land contained in certificate of title, Volume 582,
folio 55 above mentioned fronts onto the south-western side
of Soldiers Road extending from a point 11 chains north-
west of the junction of Ratanui and Soldiers Roads, south-
east to the junction of Soldiers and Arawhata Roads and
having a depth varying between 22 and 12 chains from
Soldiers Road.

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the pro-
visions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take for State
housing purposes, notwithstanding section 19 of the Public
Works Act 1928, the entirety of land described in the
Schedule hereto such land to be used for housing purposes,
and notice is hereby given that the plan of the land so
required to be taken is deposited in the post office at
Hamilton, and is there open for inspection; that all persons
directly affected by the taking of the said entirety of land
should, if they have any objection to the taking of the
said entirety of land, not being an objection to the amount
or payment of compensation, make a written objection and
send it within 40 days after the first publication of this
notice to the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board
at Wellington; and that, if any objection is made in accord-
ance with this notice, a public hearing of the objection will
be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each
