Bylaw Prohibiting the Stopping, Standing, or Parking of Vehicles on a Roadway Linking Museum Street with Sydney Street West in the City of Wellington
PURSUANT to section 72 of the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Works and Development, having control of the roadway described in the Schedule hereby, prohibits the stopping, standing, or parking of vehicles on the following portions of the roadway:
-
On the southern and western side of the roadway for a distance of approximately two hundred and sixteen (216) feet measured from the junction of the roadway with Sydney Street West.
-
On the southern and western side of the roadway for a distance of approximately thirty six (36) feet measured from the junction of the roadway with Museum Street.
-
On the northern and eastern side of the roadway for a distance of approximately ninety-five (95) feet from a point adjacent to the gates to the rear of Parliament Buildings in the vicinity of the junction of the roadway with Museum Street.
