Pursuant to regulation 17 of the Import Control Regulations 1973*, the Minister of Trade and Industry hereby gives notice as follows:

1. (a) This notice may be cited as the Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 18) 1974.
   (b) This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of July 1974.

2. Goods of the classes specified and for the purpose of the Customs Tariff falling within the Tariff items in the Schedule hereto, imported from and being the produce or manufacture of any country, are hereby exempted from the requirement of a licence under the said regulations.

be a Recreation Reserve and Revocation of the Reservation
Over the Said Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the
Minister of Lands hereby declares that that part of the

cease to be subject to the provisions of Part III of the
Reserves and Domains Act 1953, and shall be deemed to

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying

That the Land Shall Vest in the Greymouth Borough
Council in Fee Simple and How the Value Thereof Shall
be Utilised

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the
Minister of Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a public
reserve over the land described in the Schedule hereto and
further declares that the said land shall vest in the Greymouth
Borough Council in fee simple, provided that a sum equal
to the current market value of the said land is paid by the
Council into its reserves account, such moneys to be used
and applied in or towards the improvement of other public
reserves under the control of the Council or in or towards
the purchase of other land for public reserves.
