All that area bounded by a line commencing at a point on the eastern side of Weymouth Road at its intersection with Waimahia Avenue; thence easterly generally along the northern side of Waimahia Road to the end of the said road; thence due east by a right line to the western shore of Waimahia Creek; thence southerly, westerly, and northerly generally along the said shore and the shores of the Pahurehure Inlet and the Manukau Harbour to the western end of Gibbons Road; thence easterly generally along the northern side of Gibbons Road to the western side of Weymouth Road; thence northerly generally along the western side of Weymouth Road to a point opposite the commencing point; thence across Weymouth Road by a right line to the commencing point.

Springs Road: from Johnstones Road to a point 100 metres measured northerly generally along the said road from Pearl Baker Drive.
At Pakuranga and Howick:
Botany Road: from the southern boundary of Howick Borough to a point 640 metres measured southerly generally along Botany Road from the said boundary.
Pakuranga Road: from Cascades Road to the western boundary of Howick Borough.
Pigeon Mountain Road: from Pakuranga Road to a point 320 metres measured north-westerly and northerly generally along the said road from Pakuranga Road.
Whitford Road: from the southern boundary of Howick Borough to a point 640 metres measured southerly generally along Whitford Road from the said boundary.

The Traffic (Taieri County) Notice No. 2, 1974
Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE

This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Taieri County) Notice No. 2, 1974.

The roads specified in the First Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be closely populated localities for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

The road specified in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a 40-miles-an-hour speed limit area for the purposes of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.

The notice under section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, dated the 3rd day of December 1965*, which relates to roads situated within Taieri County at Brighton County Town is hereby revoked.
