Licensing Waipuna Boating Club (Incorporated) to Occupy
Sites for Pile Moorings in the Tamaki River
PURSUANT to section 162 of the Harbours Act 1950, I,
Peter Edward Muers of the Ministry of Transport, in
exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport,
hereby licence and permit the Waipuna Boating Club (Incor-
porated) (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall
include its successors or assigns unless the context requires
a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the
bed of the Tamaki River as shown, delineated as area A,
on plan marked M.D. 15273 and deposited in the office
of the Ministry of Transport at Wellington, for the purpose
of maintaining thereon pile moorings as shown on the said
plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee
upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in
the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS
(1) This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regula-
tions 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall,
so far as applicable, apply hereto.
(2) The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the
1st day of June 1974.
(3) The premium payable by the licensee shall be
ten dollars ($10) and the annual sum so payable by the
licensee shall be six dollars ($6); provided always that the
Minister may review the annual sum payable at the end
of the first year or any subsequent year of the said term.

Licensing Lynton Robert Lindauer to Occupy a Site for an
Oyster Shed at Waikare Inlet, Bay of Islands
PURSUANT to section 162 of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Peter
Edwards Muers of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise
of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport, hereby
license and permit Lynton Robert Lindauer (hereinafter
called the licensee, which term shall include his administrators,
executors or assigns unless the context requires a different
construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore
and bed of the sea at Waikare Inlet, Bay of Islands, as
shown on plan marked M.D. 15173 and deposited in the
office of the Ministry of Transport at Wellington, for the
purpose of maintaining thereon an oyster shed as shown
on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed
by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and con-
ditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE

National Roads Board—Declaring State Highway to be a
Limited Access Road
IT is notified that the National Road Board, by resolution
dated 15 May 1974, and pursuant to section 4 of the Public
Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of
No. 57 State Highway (Levin to Palmerston North via
Shannon) from its intersection with the Levin Borough
Boundary to Potts Road, as more particularly shown on
sheet 1 of Plan M.O.W. 36126 and the accompanying
schedule held in the office of the resident engineer, Ministry
of Works and Development, Porirua, and there available
for public inspection, to be a limited access road.
