Declaring Land in the South Auckland Land District to be Crown Land Subject to the Land Act 1948
Pursuant to section 171 of the Coal Mines Act 1925, the Minister of Mines hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE
The land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—RAGLAN COUNTY PART sections 4 and 5, Block XIII, Rangiriri Survey District and part Allotment 136, Whangape Parish, being part land on D.P. 20355 and Lots 3, 4, and 18, D.P. 21946, situated in Block XIII, Rangiriri Survey District: area, 9.5187 hectares, more or less, excepting thereout all coal, fireclay, and other minerals contained in certificate of title 488/238. Balance of certificate of title 639/264, subject to rights of way created by transfers 213028 and 239801.
Part Allotment 43, Whangape Parish, situated in Block XIII, Rangiriri Survey District: area, 9.3861 hectares, more or less, excepting thereout all coal, fireclay, and other minerals contained in certificate of title 579/189. All certificate of title 579/192, limited at to parcels, subject to a right of way created by conveyance No. 372354 (R515/38).

Declaring Land Held as Crown Land and Public Reserve at Queenstown Now Set Apart for Railway Purposes
Pursuant to sections 25 and 34 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Railways hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for railway purposes on and after the 14th day of May 1974.

Declaring Land Taken for Railway Purposes (Waitara Branch Railway) at Waitara
Pursuant to sections 216 and 223 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Railways hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for railway purposes; and also that this declaration takes effect on and from the 17th day of May 1967.

The Hawke’s Bay Electric Power Board Electric Lines Licence 1968, Amendment No. 1
Pursuant to the Electricity Act 1968, the Minister of Electricity hereby amends the Hawke’s Bay Electric Power Board Electric Lines Licence 1968*, by adding to the First Schedule thereto the following:
“LINES AUTHORISED
A line commencing from a point on State Highway No. 50 and proceeding in a north-westerly direction for approximately 1 mile and 50 chains in Block 1, Dds 466, all being situated in Block V, Maraekakaho Survey District, the said line being more particularly outlined in red on the plan marked N.Z.E.D. 899 deposited in the office of the New Zealand Electricity Department at Wellington.”

Pursuant to section 195 (3) of the Industrial Relations Act 1973, it is hereby notified that the registration of the Wellington Industrial District Plasterers’ and Fibrous Plasterers’ Industrial Union of Employers, Registered No. 1733, situated at Sixth Floor, Federation House, 95-99 Moleworth Street, Wellington, is hereby cancelled as from the date of the publication of this notice in the Gazette.

Pursuant to section 3 of the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956 (as amended by section 3 (1) of the Local Authorities Loans Amendment Act 1967), the undersigned Assistant Secretary to the Treasury, acting under powers delegated to the Secretary to the Treasury by the Minister of Finance, hereby consents to the borrowing by the local authorities mentioned in the Schedule hereto of the whole or any part of the respective amounts specified in that Schedule.
