Board Appointed to Have Control of Scenic and Historic
Reserves

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the
Minister of Lands hereby appoints:
The Commissioner of Crown Lands for the Land District
of Marlborough, Chairman, ex officio,
A member of the Kaikoura County Council, ex officio,
to be appointed in that behalf by the County Council,
A member of the Automobile Association (Canterbury)
Incorporated, ex officio, to be appointed in that behalf
by the Association,
A member of the Automobile Association (Marlborough)
Incorporated, ex officio, to be appointed in that behalf
by the Association,
The Officer in Charge, Ministry of Works and Development, Kaikoura, ex officio,
Richard Burn Landall Baxter,
Lance Desmond Bowring,
John McLean Reid, and
Bryan Thomas Seddon
to be the Kaikoura Coastal Reserves Board to have control
of the reserves described in the Schedule hereto, subject
to the provisions of the said Act, as scenic and historic
reserves for a term of 3 years from the date of this notice.
