1. (1) This order may be cited as the Taranaki CountyNew Plymouth City Hydatids Control District Order 1974.
   (2) This order shall come into force on the day afterthe date of its notification in the Gazette.
2. The areas comprising the County of Taranaki and theCity of New Plymouth as from time to time constitutedare hereby declared to be united to form an hydatids controldistrict to be called the Taranaki County-New PlymouthCity Hydatids Control District.
3. The Taranaki County-New Plymouth City Joint HydatidsControl Committee is hereby appointed the hydatids controlauthority for the Taranaki County-New Plymouth CityHydatids Control District.
