Land Taken for the Purpose of Laying Out a New Street
in the Borough of Birkenhead

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purpose of laying out a new street and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Birkenhead, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 30th day of May 1974.

SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land situated in the Borough of Birkenhead, described as follows:

A. R. P. Being
0 1 12 Lot 6, Deeds Plan No. 1348. All certificate of title, Volume 771, folio 43 (limited as to parcels).
2 1 0 Lot 5, Deeds Plan No. 1348. All certificate of title, Volume 560, folio 37 (limited as to parcels).

North Auckland Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 17th day of May 1974.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 30th day of May 1974.

Amending a Proclamation Defining the Middle Line of the Onehunga-Manurewa via Mangere Motorway in the Borough of Onehunga

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1947, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby amend the Proclamation dated the 4th day of July 1966, published in Gazette, 1966, Vol. 2, p. 1123, and registered as Proclamation No. 167133 North Auckland Land Registry (hereinafter termed “the former Proclamation”) defining the middle line of a portion of the Onehunga-Manurewa via Mangere Motorway in the Borough of Onehunga, so that the former Proclamation shall affect not only the land situated within the limits shown coloured red on the plan marked M.O.W. 20129 referred to in the former Proclamation, but also the land described in the Schedule hereto.
