Secondly, all that piece of land containing 1 perch, being part of the western portion of Allotment 233, Waiwera Parish, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 26B, folio 629.
The above lands are shown coloured yellow on S.O. Plan 47206 and are situated at West Hoe Road near Orewa near its junction with an unformed road.

TAURANGA CITY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR SERVICE LANE IN THE CITY OF TAURANGA
NOTICE is hereby given that the Tauranga City Council proposes under the provisions of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954, and the Public Works Act 1928, to take for service lane the land described in the Schedule hereto, such land to be used to complete the construction of a service lane in that block of land bordered by Cameron Road, Tenth and Eleventh Avenues, and Norris Street in the City of Tauranga; and notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the City Manager of the said Council, Willow Street, Tauranga, and is there open for inspection; that all persons directly affected by the taking of the said land should, if they have any objection to the taking of the said land, not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation, make a written objection and send it within 40 days after the first publication of this notice, to the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board, P.O. Box 12-244 Wellington North; and that, if any objection is made in accordance with this notice, a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

ALL that piece of land situated in the City of Tauranga being the rear portion of No. 518 Cameron Road, Tauranga containing one hundred and twenty three square metres (123 m²) being part Allotment 453 of Section 2, Town of Tauranga, situated in Block X, Tauranga Survey District, and being part of the land in certificate of title, Volume 589, folio 302 (limited as to title), as the same is more particularly delineated on a plan numbered S.O. 47456 and thereon designated with one letter “A”.

AUCKLAND REGIONAL AUTHORITY
SPECIAL ORDER
The Auckland Regional Authority, in exercise of the powers vested in it by the Auckland Regional Authority Act 1963, section 43, and in pursuance of the authority conferred upon it under the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, and in exercise of all other powers enabling it on that behalf, doth hereby resolve by special resolution intended to operate as a special order to raise the sum of one million two hundred thousand dollars ($1,200,000) as a special loan to be known as Drainage Loan No. 80, 1973, $1,200,000 for the purposes of and incidental to the provision of mechanical aerators at the Manukau Sewage Purification Works.
The foregoing Special Order was passed at an ordinary meeting of the Auckland Regional Authority held on 18 March 1974, and confirmed at an ordinary meeting of the said Authority, held on 22 April 1974, having meantime been advertised in the Auckland Star on 27 March 1974, and 13 April 1974.
The Common Seal of the Auckland Regional Authority was hereunto affixed in the presence of the Chairman and Secretary.

REDUCTION OF CAPITAL
In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of GAME PACKERS (NEW ZEALAND) LTD. an incorporated company having its registered office at Christchurch:
Notice is hereby given that an order of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, dated 23 April 1974, confirming the reduction of the share capital in the above-named company from 88,500 ordinary shares of $2.00 each to 13,500 ordinary shares of $2.00 each and the minute approved by the Court showing with respect to the capital of the company as altered the several particulars required by the above-mentioned Act was registered by the Registrar of Companies on the 1st day of May 1974. The said minute is in the words and figures following:
“The capital of Game Packers (New Zealand) Ltd. is $27,000.00 divided into 13,500 ordinary shares of $2.00 each fully paid having been reduced from $177,000.00 divided into 88,500 shares of $2.00 each fully paid”.
