No. 6 State Highway (Blenheim-Invercargill via Nelson and Greymouth): from the north-eastern boundary of Richmond Borough to a point 560 metres measured south-westerly generally along the said State highway from the said boundary, and from the south-western boundary of Richmond Borough to a point 600 metres measured north-easterly generally along the said State highway from the said boundary.
Queen Street: from the north-western boundary of Richmond Borough to a point 900 metres measured south-easterly generally along the said street from the said boundary.

No. 6 State Highway (Blenheim-Invercargill via Nelson and Greymouth): from the south-western boundary of Richmond Borough to a point 800 metres measured south-westerly generally along the said State highway from Ranzau Road.

Kerikeri High School Board of Governors Notice 1974
PURSUANT to section 54 of the Education Act 1964, the Minister of Education hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE
-
(1) This notice may be cited as the Kerikeri High School Board of Governors Notice 1974.
(2) This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of July 1974. -
The Board of Governors of Kerikeri High School shall be constituted as follows:
(a) One member appointed by the Auckland Education Board;
(b) Eight members elected by the parents of pupils attending the school;
(c) One member appointed by the School Committee of the Te Tii State Primary School;
(d) One member co-opted by the Board itself, if and when it thinks fit. -
The Auckland Education Board shall cease to control Kerikeri High School and the sole control of that school shall be vested in the Board of Governors constituted by clause 2 of this notice.

Bream Bay College Board of Governors Notice 1974
PURSUANT to section 54 of the Education Act 1964, the Minister of Education hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE
-
(1) This notice may be cited as the Bream Bay College Board of Governors Notice 1974.
(2) This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of July 1974. -
The Board of Governors of Bream Bay College shall be constituted as follows:
(a) One member appointed by the Auckland Education Board;
(b) Eight members elected by the parents of pupils attending the school;
(c) One member co-opted by the Board itself, if and when it thinks fit. -
The Auckland Education Board shall cease to control Bream Bay College and the sole control of that school shall be vested in the Board of Governors constituted by clause 2 of this notice.

The Rotorua Area Electricity Authority Electric Lines Licence 1973
PURSUANT to the Electricity Act 1968, the Minister of Electricity hereby licenses the Rotorua Area Electricity Authority subject to the following conditions, to lay, construct, put up, place, and use electric lines within the area of supply described in the First Schedule hereto.
CONDITIONS
(1) This licence may be cited as the Rotorua Area Electricity Authority Electric Lines Licence 1973.
(2) The conditions directed to be implied in all licences by the Electrical Supply Regulations 1967, and the Electrical Wiring Regulations 1961, shall be incorporated herein and shall form part of this licence except in so far as they may be inconsistent with the provisions of this licence.
(3) The licence hereby conferred is subject to compliance by the licensee with the Electrical Supply Regulations 1967, the Electrical Wiring Regulations 1961, the Radio Interference Regulations 1958, and with all regulations made in amendment thereof or in substitution therefor, except in so far as they may be inconsistent with the provisions of this licence.
(4) The systems of supply shall be as described in paragraphs (a), (b), (c), (d), (e), and (f) of Regulation 15 of the Electrical Supply Regulations 1967.
(5) This licence shall, unless it is sooner lawfully determined, continue in force for 21 years from the 1st day of November 1973.
REVOCATION
This licence is issued in renewal of a licence issued to the Department of Tourist and Health Resorts Electric Lines Licence 1959, by an Order in Council dated the 11th day of February 1959, and appearing in the Gazette on the 19th day of February 1959, p. 167, which licence expired on 31st day of October 1973.

AREA OF SUPPLY
The Rotorua Electric Supply District as defined in the Schedule to the Proclamation dated the 9th day of August 1971, and published in the Gazette on the 12th day of August 1971, at p. 1586, as amended by Order in Council dated the 28th day of January 1974, published in the Gazette on the 14th day of February 1974, at p. 254.
