Reservation of Land and Declaration That Land be Part of Hokoroa Scenic Reserve

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for scenic purposes, and further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, declares the said reserve to form part of the Hokoroa Scenic Reserve.

Reservation of Land and Appointment of the Manawatu Free Kindergarten Association to Control and Manage a Reserve

Notice Relating to the Use of Insecticide Maldison in Slaughtering Places, Meat-Packing Houses and Canneries (No. 727 Ag. 21308)

PURSUANT to regulations 3 (2) of the Stock (Insecticides and Oestrogens) Regulations 1961*, notice is hereby given that the chemical specified in the Schedule hereto is approved for use as an active ingredient in any insecticide registered under the Animal Remedies Act 1967, subject to the condition that the insecticide may only be used in any yard or other premises attached to a slaughtering place, meat-packing house, or cannery, provided that no stock is contained in such yards or premises at the time of the application of the insecticide.
