NOTICE is hereby given that the order of the Supreme Court of New Zealand dated the 26th day of March 1974, confirming the reduction of capital of the above-named company from $68,000 to $5,000 and the minute approved by the Court showing, with respect to the capital of the company as altered, the several particulars required by the above-mentioned Act, was registered by the Registrar of Companies on the 24th day of April 1974. The said minute is in the words and figures following:

"That the capital of Cowley Motors Limited is $5,000 divided into 2,500 ordinary shares of $2.00 each credited as fully paid up having been reduced from $68,000 divided into 34,000 ordinary shares of $2.00 each credited as fully paid up."

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

NOTICE is hereby given that the Ellesmere County Council proposes, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to execute a certain public work, namely the formation of a road and for the purposes of such public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken; and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the County Council offices at Leeston and is there open for inspection. All persons affected by the execution of the said Public Work or by taking of the said land should, if they have any objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said land, not being objections to the amount or payment of compensation, set forth such objection in writing and send the same within 40 days of the first publication of this notice to the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board, P.O. Box 12-244 Wellington North. If any objection is made in accordance with this notice a public hearing of this objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector shall be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

SCHEDULE

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 638 square metres or thereabouts situate in the Leeston Survey District and being part of the land in certificates of title, Volume 352, folio 102, and Volume 643, folio 37.

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take for road the land described in the Schedule hereto, such land to be used for deviating an existing road. Notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the office of the Wanganui County Council, Rutland Street, Wanganui, and is there open for inspection. All persons directly affected by the taking of the said land should, if they have any objection to the taking of the said land, not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation, make a written objection and send it within forty days after the first publication of this notice to the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board, P.O. Box 12-244, Wellington North. If any objection is made in accordance with this
