NOTICE OF RESOLUTION FOR MEMBERS' VOLUNTARY WINDING UP
In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of WELLINGTON BREWERIES LTD.:
NOTICE is hereby given that by special resolution the members of Wellington Breweries Ltd. resolved on the 8th day of April 1974 by entry in the minute book pursuant to section 362 of the Companies Act 1955:
That the company be wound up voluntarily; and
That Robert William Stannard, chartered accountant of Wellington, be and is hereby appointed liquidator for the purposes of such winding up.

NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the Supreme Court, was on the 25th day of March 1974, presented to the said Court by Clifford Keith Jones, the District Commissioner of Taxes, Government Life Building, Cathedral Square, Christchurch, and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Christchurch on the 3rd day of May 1974, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

WHANGAREI COUNTY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR ROAD
NOTICE is hereby given that the Whangarei County Council intends, under the provisions of the Counties Act 1956, to execute a certain work, namely, a road and for the purpose of such work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928; and notice is further given that a plan showing the said land is deposited at the office of the Council situated at Springs Flat, Kamo, and may there be inspected without fee by all persons during ordinary office hours. All persons affected by the said work or by the taking of the said land and who have an objection thereto, not being an objection as to the amount or payment of compensation, must state their objections in writing and send the same to the Secretary, Town and Country Planning Appeal Board, P.O. Box 12-244, Wellington North, so as to reach him not later than 21 May 1974, being 40 days after the first publication of this notice. If any objection is received a public hearing of the same will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of such hearing.

MASTERTON COUNTY COUNCIL
NOTICE is hereby given that the Masterton County Council proposes, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to execute a certain public work, namely, the taking of land for road and for the purpose of such public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the offices of the Masterton County Council at Chapel Street in Masterton and is there open for inspection. All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said land should, if they have any objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said land, not being objections to the amount or payment of compensation, set forth such objection in writing and send the same within 40 days of the first publication of this notice to the Clerk of the Masterton County Council, P.O. Box 39, Masterton. If any objection is made in accordance with this notice, a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.
SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land containing:
Firstly, 7 acres 3 roods 39.2 perches, situate in Blocks III and VII, Rewa Survey District, being part of the land in certificate of title, Volume 45, folio 202, and being all the land coloured orange on Survey Office Plan 25410.
Secondly, 19.0 perches and 39.9 perches situate in Block VII, Rewa Survey District, being parts Section 612, Whareama District, and being part of the land in deeds index 23/612 and being those of land coloured sepia on Survey Office Plan 25410.
The above pieces of land comprise 80 chains of the Homewood Road running west and north from the Waihora Stream.
