the company having the right to vote on this extraordinary
resolution, by an entry in the minute book of the company
signed as provided by section 362 of the Companies Act 1955.

Resolved: (1) That the company can not by reason of its
liabilities continue its business, and that it is adviseable to
wind up, and that the company be wound up voluntarily.

(2) That the appointment of a liquidator be decided by
the creditors at a meeting to be held on Thursday, 18 April

(3) That the remuneration of the liquidator be in accordance
