State Forest Land Set Apart as State Forest Park

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 63A (1) (a) of the Forests Act 1949,
I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby set apart the State forest land described in
the Schedule hereto as a State forest park and as part of the
Rimutaka State Forest Park.

SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT—WELLINGTON CONSERVANCY—
HUTT COUNTY
Lot 1, D.P. 24739, being part Sections 17 and 52, Wainuio-
mata District, situated in Blocks I and VI, Pencarrow Survey
District: area, 21.3471 hectares, more or less. All certificate
of title, Volume 11A, folio 469.
As shown on plan N. 164/2 deposited in the Head Office
of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 10th day of April 1974.

Taringatura Pest Destruction District (Notice No. 710 Ag.

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 1st day
of April 1974
Present:
THE HON. H. WATT PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Agricultural Pests Destruction Act 1967,
His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes
the following order.

ORDER

  1. This order may be cited as the Union of Dipton, Taringa-
    tura, Castlerock-Mossburn and Hamilton Burn Pest Destruction Districts Order 1974.

  2. The boundaries of the Dipton Pest Destruction District
    (which was constituted by Order in Council on the 4th day
    of December 1946*), the Taringatura Pest Destruction District
    (which was constituted by Order in Council on the 22nd day
    of June 1955†), the Castlerock-Mossburn Pest Destruction
    District (which was constituted by Order in Council on the
    1st day of September 1954‡), and the Hamilton Burn Pest
    Destruction District (which was constituted by Order in
    Council on the 18th day of January 1955§), are hereby
    declared united to form one district to be called the Taringa-
    tura Pest Destruction District, the boundaries of which shall
    be those specified in the Schedule hereto.

  3. The basis on which the Board for the said District shall
    first levy its general rate shall be the acreage of the land
    occupied by the ratepayer.

SCHEDULE
BOUNDARIES OF TARINGATURA PEST DESTRUCTION DISTRICT
THE boundaries of the Taringatura Pest Destruction District
shall be that area of land contained in the following districts.

p. 1920.
Castlerock-Mossburn Pest Destruction District Order,
Gazette, 1954, p. 1423.
