Customs Act—Dumping Duty

PURSUANT to the provisions of sections 129 (1) and (11) of the Customs Act 1966, as amended by section 6 of the Customs Amendment Act 1971, notice is hereby given that dumping duty, equivalent to 100 percent of the amount by which the f.o.b export selling price is less than the current domestic value, determined in accordance with the provisions of this Act, shall be payable in respect of the following goods:

This decision shall take effect in respect of all such goods imported into New Zealand on and after 1 January 1974.

The Traffic (Thames County) Notice No. 3, 1974

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Thames County) Notice No. 3, 1974.

2. The road specified in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a closely populated locality for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, to the intent that a person driving any motor vehicle thereon at any time during the period commencing with the 1st day of December in each year and ending with the Tuesday following Easter each year shall be subject to the maximum speed limit of 30 miles an hour fixed by the said section.

SCHEDULE

SITUATED within Thames County at Opoutere:

Opoutere Road: from a point 2300 metres measured easterly generally along the said road from State Highway No. 25 (Waitakaruru-Waihi via Coromandel) to a point 3420 metres measured easterly generally along the said road from the said State highway.
