A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward
Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street and that
the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby
taken in connection with street extension and shall vest
in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough
of Onehunga as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and
I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on
