Land Taken for a Recreation Ground in Block X, Titirangi
Survey District, Waitemata County

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis
Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for a recreation ground and shall vest
in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County
of Waitemata as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I
also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the 24th day of January 1974.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 10 acres and 24 perches
situated in Block X, Titirangi Survey District, North Auckland R.D., and being part Allotment 3, Parish of Karangahape. All certificate of title No. 10D/65, North Auckland
Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the GovernorGeneral, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this
12th day of December 1973.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis
Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for a recreation ground and shall vest
in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County
of Whangarei as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I
also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the 24th day of January 1974.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 2.2083 hectares (5 acres
1 rood 33.1 perches) situated in Block XIV, Waitemata
Survey District, North Auckland R.D., and being part Lot 32,
D.P. 62300, and being part Allotment 5A and 148, Parish of
Waipareira; as the same is more particularly delineated on
the plan marked M.O.W. 27536 (S.O. 47711) deposited in the
office of the Minister of Works and Development at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the GovernorGeneral, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this
12th day of December 1973.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward
Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for waterworks and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the
County of Waitemata, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take
effect on and after the 24th day of January 1974.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
All those pieces of land situated in Block IX, Kumeu Survey
District, North Auckland R.D., described as follows:

Auckland Land Registry.
0 3 13.8 Lot 46, D.P. 9548. All certificate of title,
