Authorising a Secondary Use of Land in the City of Upper
Hutt

PURSUANT to section 37 of the Public Works Amendment
Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby
authorises the application of the land described in the First
Schedule hereto, being land held primarily for a parking
place, and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto,
being land held primarily for an access way, to the private
use as a vehicular access ramp to the adjoining building
owned by Hazelwoods Holdings Limited (C.T. F2/341)
which shall be a secondary use of the said land.
