Land Taken for a Service Lane in the Borough of Waimate
DENIS BLUNDELL, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward
Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a service lane and
shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the
Borough of Waimate as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take
effect on and after the 28th day of March 1974.
SCHEDULE
Canterbury Land District
All that piece of land containing 2.7 perches, situated in
the Borough of Waimate, being part Rural Section 2697;
as shown on plan M.O.W. 27669 (S.O. 11732) deposited in
the office of the Minister of Works and Development at
Wellington and thereon coloured orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,

State Forest Land Set Apart as State Forest Park

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 63A (1) (a) of the Forests Act 1949,
I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby set apart the State forest land described in
the Schedule hereto as a State forest park and as part of the
Tararua State Forest Park.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT-WELLINGTON CONSERVANCY-
HOROWHENUA COUNTY
Sections 65 and 66, Block XIII, Waiopehu Survey District:
area, 740.9794 hectares, more or less. All certificate of title,

Amending Proclamations Setting Apart Land as State Forest

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 21 of the Forests Act 1949 and in
accordance with redefinition surveys as given effect to in
the Second Schedule hereto, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell,
the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby give notice
that as from the date of this notice the Proclamations referred
to in the First Schedule hereto are respectively amended by
substituting those descriptions as set out in the Second
Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE
PROCLAMATIONS
Firstly, the Proclamation issued on the 13th day of August
1898 and published in the New Zealand Gazette on the
15th day of September 1898 commencing at page 1457.

As to the Proclamations referred to in the First Schedule
hereto, the following words comprise the description hereby
substituted in such Proclamations.
Firstly: Reserve 3262, Blocks I, II, and III, Minchin
Survey District, Blocks I, II, and III, Katrine Survey District:
area, 3326.5159 hectares (S.O. 11896). Former area, 2428.1138
hectares (6,000 acres).
As shown on plan S. 53/8 deposited in the Head Office
of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington.
Secondly: Reserve 3263, Blocks III and VII, Minchin
Survey District, Blocks I, II, III, IV, V, VI, VII,
VIII, and IX, Katrine Survey District: area, 4516.2917 hectares
(S.O. 11896). Former area, 3035.1423 hectares (7,500 acres).
As shown on plan S. 53/9 deposited in the Head Office
of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington.
Thirdly: Reserve 3264, Block IV, and VIII, Katrine Survey
District, Block I, Noble Survey District: area, 453.2479
hectares (S.O. 11896). Former area, 445.1542 hectares
(1,100 acres).
As shown on plan S. 53/10 deposited in the Head Office
of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington.
Fourthly: Reserve 3265, Blocks IX, X, XI, XIV, XV,
and XVI, Katrine Survey District, Blocks II and III, Esk
Survey District: area, 3346.7503 hectares (8,270 acres) S.O.
10977). Former area, 4046.8564 hectares (10,000 acres).
As shown on plan S. 60/1 deposited in the Head Office
of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington.
Fifthly: Reserve 4382 (formerly Run 237), Blocks IX,
X, XI, XII, XIII, XIV, XV, and XVI, Marion Survey
District, Blocks I, II, III, IV, V, and VI, Saddle Survey
District, Blocks I, II, and III, Lake Sumner Survey District:
area, 17563.3568 hectares (S.O. 11896). Former area,
18210.8538 hectares (45,000 acres).

Sixthly: Reserve 4431 (formerly Run 247 and
