Pursuant to section 20, Public Works Amendment Act 1952,
notice is hereby given that the Rodney County Council
proposes to change the purpose for which the land described

present held for the purpose of sanitary and drainage works
is no longer required for that purpose and it is therefore
proposed to have it added to and incorporated with the
adjoining Wellsford Centennial Park to be held similarly
