IN THE MATTER of the Companies Act 1955, and IN THE
MATTER of FOUNTAIN CITY MOTORS LIMITED a duly incorporated
Company having its registered office at Hamilton:

NOTICE is hereby given that a Petition for Winding-up of
the above-named Company by the Supreme Court or for
the appointment of inspectors to investigate the affairs of
the Company was on the 26th day of February 1974
presented to the Supreme Court by Donald James Flight
of Hamilton, Motor Mechanic and the said Petition is
directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Hamilton
on the 21st day of March 1974 at 10.00 o'clock in the
forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said
Company desirous to support or oppose the making of an
order on the said Petition may appear at the time of hearing
in person or by his Counsel for that purpose; and a
copy of the Petition will be furnished by the undersigned
to any creditor or contributory of the said Company requiring
a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding-up
of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was,
on the 11th day of December 1973, presented to the said
Court by Junior Models Limited, a duly incorporated com-
pany having its registered office at 146 Gloucester Street,
Christchurch. And that the said petition is directed to be
heard before the Court at Rotorua on Friday the 29th day
of March 1974 at 10 o'clock in the forenoon; and any
creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to
support or oppose the making of an order on the said
petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor
or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on
payment of the regulated charge for the same.

MATTER of SUTHERLAND SAWMILLING COMPANY LIMITED:
Thursday the 21st Day of February 1974 Before the
Honourable Mr Justice Quilliam

UPON reading the Notice of Motion of Sutherland Sawmilling
Company Limited and the Affidavits of Archibald Finlaison
Sutherland and Edward Russell Richmond and Warren
Bourke Taylor filed herein and the consents of the Registrar
of Companies and the Solicitor-General filed herein this
Court hereby orders that the name of the Sutherland Saw-
milling Company Limited be restored by the Registrar of
Companies to the Register of Companies at Invercargill and
further orders and directs that the said Company and all
other persons be placed in the same position as nearly as
may be as if the said Company had not been struck off the
Register and further orders and directs:

(a) That the restoration of the name of the Company to
the Register of Companies at Invercargill be
advertised once in the New Zealand Gazette at the
costs of the Company.
(b) That the Company shall pay all annual licence fees
in arrears.
(c) That the Company shall file the Annual Returns that
are in arrears.
(d) That the Company shall pay the costs of the Crown
herein of $40.00.

PAPATOETOE CITY COUNCIL

IN the matter of the Public Works Act 1928, and its amend-
ments:

NOTICE is hereby given that the Papatoetoe City Council
proposes under the provisions of the above Act to execute
certain public works, namely, the provision of a reserve
for the purposes of public recreation on land fronting to
Station Road, Papatoetoe, and lying between Peverill Crescent
and Hillcrest Road, Papatoetoe, and being partly within
Papatoetoe City and partly within Manukau City, and for
the purpose of such public works it is necessary that the
land described in the Schedule hereto be taken under the
above-mentioned Act. A plan of the said land is available
for inspection at the offices of the Papatoetoe City Council,
St. George Street, Papatoetoe, during normal working hours.
Every person directly affected by the execution of such
public works shall set forth in writing any objection he may
wish to make to the taking of the land not being an
objection to the amount or payment of compensation and
to send the written objection within forty days after the
first publication of this notice to the Town and Country
Planning Appeal Board, Box 12-244, Wellington North. If
any objection is made in accordance with this notice a public
hearing of the objection will be held unless the objector
otherwise requires and each objector will be advised of the
time and place of the hearing.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land situate partly in the City of
Papatoetoe and partly in the City of Manukau containing
5.1332 hectares, more or less, being parts of Allotments 16
and 29, Parish of Manurewa, and being part of the land
on Deposited Plan 12174, and being part of the land com-
prised in certificate of title, Volume 23A, folio 818, North
Auckland Land Registry.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Whakatane County Council
intends, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928,
to execute a certain public work, namely the construction
of a road, and for the purpose of such work intends to take
the land described in the Schedule hereto. And notice is
further given that a plan showing the land proposed to be
so taken is deposited at the office of the Council situated
at the Strand, Whakatane, and may there be inspected without
