Licensing Laurence Murray Fraser and Graeme Murray
Fraser to Occupy a Site for a Slipway at Taieri Mouth

PURSUANT to section 162 of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Peter
Edward Muers of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise
of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport, hereby
license and permit Laurence Murray Fraser and Graeme
Murray Fraser (hereinafter called the licensees, which term
shall include their administrators, executors, or assigns unless
the context requires a different construction) to use and
occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the Taieri River
at Taieri Mouth as shown on plan marked M.D. 14770
and deposited in the office of the Ministry of Transport at
Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a slipway
as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and
enjoyed by the licensees upon and subject to the terms and
conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS

(1) This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall,
so far as applicable, apply hereto.

(2) The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the
1st day of December 1973.

(3) The premium payable by the licensees shall be six
dollars ($6) and the annual sum so payable by the licensees
shall be ten dollars ($10); provided always that the Minister
may review the annual sum payable at the end of the
first year or any subsequent year of the said term.

Licensing Skeggs Foods Ltd. to Occupy a Site for a Jetty,
Freezer, and Hut at Bradshaw Sound, Fiordland

PURSUANT to section 162 of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Peter
Edward Muers of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of
powers delegated by the Minister of Transport, hereby license
and permit Skeggs Foods Ltd. (hereinafter called the licensee,
which term shall include its successors or assigns unless
the context requires a different construction) to use and
occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the sea at
Bradshaw Sound, Fiordland, as shown on plan marked M.D.
14538 and deposited in the office of the Ministry of Transport at
Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon
a jetty, freezer, and hut as shown on the said plan, such
licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and
subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule
hereto.

SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS

(1) This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall,
so far as applicable, apply hereto.

(2) The term of the licence shall be 5 years from the
1st day of November 1971.

(3) The premium payable by the licensee shall be ten
dollars ($10) and the annual sum so payable by the licensee
shall be twenty dollars ($20); provided always that the
Minister may review the annual sum payable at the end
of the first year or any subsequent year of the said term.

(4) The licensee shall at all times during the continuance
of the licence maintain the structures in good order and
repair.

(5) In accordance with regulation 13 of the regulations,
this licence may be revoked by the Minister, without liability
for compensation, after at least three calendar months'
previous notice in writing, or at any time if the licensee
commits a breach of these conditions.

(6) In accordance with regulation 14 of the regulations,
all structures are to be removed, and the foreshore restored
to its original condition within one month of the expiry
of this licence, unless it is renewed, or within one month
of the date of revocation of the licence.

(7) This licence is granted only in respect of the site
for the aforementioned structures and does not confer any
rights of access or useage of land above high water ordinary
spring tides, such land being Crown land under the control
of the Fiordland National Park Board.

of the Wellington Industrial District Plasterers' and
Fibrous Plasterers' Industrial Union of Employers, Registered
No. 1733, situated at 95–99 Molesworth Street, 6th Floor,
Federation House, Wellington, will, unless cause to the contrary
is shown, be cancelled on the expiration of 6 weeks
from the date of the publication of this notice in the Gazette.

PURSUANT to the Milk Act 1967, the Milk Prices Authority
hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

  1. (1) This notice may be cited as the Milk Treatment
    Allowances Notice 1973, Amendment No. 2.
    (2) This notice shall be operable from the 1st day of
    September 1973.
    (3) This notice is given after consultation with the
    Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries.
    (4) This notice amends the Milk Treatment Allowances
    Notice 1973* (hereinafter referred to as “the principal
    notice”) as varied by the Milk Treatment Allowances Notice
    1973, Amendment No. 1†.

  2. The principal notice is hereby varied by revoking the
    Schedule thereto and replacing the same with the following
    Schedule.
