Amending a Declaration Taking Land for Street in the City of Manukau
Pursuant to section $330 \mathrm{~A}$ of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the declaration taking land for street in the City of Manukau, dated 30 November 1973, and published in Gazette, No. 1, of 10 January 1974, at page 10, by omitting the Schedule and substituting the following Schedule.
