Amending a Declaration Taking Land for Road, Land
Drainage, and the Use, Convenience, or Enjoyment of
Drainage Works, in Block XI, Kaipara Survey District,
Waitemata County

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928,
the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends
the Declaration dated the 12th day of December 1973 and
published in Gazette, 24 January 1974, No. 3, at page 118,
taking land for road, land drainage, and the use, convenience,
or enjoyment of drainage works, in Block XI, Kaipara Survey
District, Waitemata County, pursuant to section 32 of the
Public Works Act 1928, by deleting the Third Schedule
thereto and substituting the following Third Schedule.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
USE, CONVENIENCE, OR ENJOYMENT OF DRAINAGE WORKS
ALL those pieces of land situated in Block XI, Kaipara
Survey District, described as follows:

sepia on plan.

ment of the Auckland City Council.
