FIRST SCHEDULE

FIRSTLY, all that area containing 21.2500 hectares, more or less, situated in the Hawke's Bay Land District, bounded by a line commencing at the intersection of the middle of Auckland Road and the middle of Avondale Road and proceeding north-easterly generally along a right line to and along the southeastern, northeastern and southeastern boundaries of Lots 79 and 113, Deeds Plan 116, to the north-eastern corner of the said Lot 113; thence along a right line to the southern corner of Lot 106, D.D.P. 116; thence northerly along the eastern boundaries of Lots 106 and 106A, Deeds Plan 116, to and southerly generally along the southwestern and western boundaries of Lot 2, D.P. 12241, and the western boundaries of Lots 7 and 6, D.P. 363, to and along the northeastern side of Park Road to and easterly generally along the northwestern and northeastern boundaries of Lot 1, D.P. 8607, the northwestern and northeastern boundary of Lot 2, D.P. 9954 to the northeastern corner of that Lot; thence north-easterly along a right line to the northwestern corner of Lot 2, D.P. 462; thence southerly along the eastern side of Park Road and its production to and westerly and north-westerly along the middle of Auckland Road to the point of commencement.

Secondly, all that area containing 2.6300 hectares, more or less, situated in the Hawke's Bay Land District, bounded by a line commencing at the northeastern corner of Lot 1, D.P. 8729, and proceeding westerly along the northern boundary of the said Lot 1 and its production to the centre of the Taipo Stream; thence northerly generally along the centre of the Taipo Stream to a point in line with the north-western boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 8334; thence northeasterly to and along that boundary and the northwestern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 8233, and its production to the northeastern side of Avenue Road; thence south-easterly along that side to and north-easterly along the northwestern side of Avondale Road to the south end of the roadside, bearing 355° 39', distance 9.04 m; thence north-easterly along a right line to the intersection of the middle of Avondale Road with the middle of Auckland Road; thence southerly along the middle of Avondale Road to a point in line with the northern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 8729; thence westerly along a right line to the point of commencement.

Thirdly, all that area containing 198.3000 hectares, more or less, situated in the Hawke's Bay Land District, bounded by a line commencing at the northwestern corner of part Lot 41, D.D.P. 557, and proceeding southerly generally along the western boundaries of the said part Lot 41, Lot 1, D.P. 8276; Lot 6, D.P. 7908; the western end of Birdwood Street and the western boundaries of Lots 11 and 19, D.P. 7908 and the production of the last mentioned boundary, to and along the middle of Puketapu Road to a point in line with the northwestern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 10267; thence south-westerly to and along the northwestern boundaries of Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 10267, and the production of the last mentioned boundary, to and westerly along the middle of Dolbel Street, to and southerly along the eastern boundaries of Lots 4 and 5, D.P. 12805, and the production of the last mentioned boundary to a point in line with the middle of O'Dowd Road; thence southerly generally along the middle of O'Dowd Road, Otatara Road, No. 50 State Highway (Gloucester Street) and a public road forming the northeastern boundary of Suburban Section 83, Meeanee, to a point in line with the southern boundary of Lot 2, D.P. 6891, thence westerly along the production of that boundary to and south-westerly generally along the southeastern boundaries of Part Lots 5, 3 and 2, D.P. 4846; Lots 8 and 10, D.P. 12805; Lot 1, D.P. 6448, and the southern boundaries of Lot 1, D.P. 6687, and Lot 1, D.P. 12898; thence northerly generally along the western boundaries of Lots 11, 10, 5, 4 and 3, D.P. 12805 and the production of the last mentioned boundary to the northern side of Puketapu Road; thence north-westerly generally along that side of Puketapu Road to the northern boundary of Part Lot 11, D.D.P. 194, as shown on S.O. 2101; thence north-easterly generally along right lines bearing 21° 47' 30", distance 525.69 metres; bearing 101°, distance 456.65 metres; bearing 34°, distance 165.56 metres; bearing 101°, distance 160.03 metres; bearing 191°, distance 152.40 metres to the northern boundary of Suburban Section 61, Meeanee; thence westerly and southerly along the northern and western boundaries of that Suburban Section 61 to the southern boundary of Part Lot 11, Deeds Plan 194; thence easterly along that boundary to the point of commencement.

Fourthly, all that area containing 200.6905 hectares, more or less, situated in the Hawke's Bay Land District and bounded by a line commencing at the intersection of the

centre line of the main outfall channel and the eastern side of the Embankment Road and proceeding southerly along the eastern side of the Embankment Road to the intersection of the two roadside boundaries shown on D.P. 6313 as bearing 345° 57', distance 38.58 metres, and bearing 342° 48', distance 38.58 metres; thence south-easterly along a right line to the intersection of the left bank of the old bed of the Tutaekuri River and the right bank of the main gravity drain shown on S.O. 2252; thence south-westerly along that bank of the main gravity drain to the centre line of the proposed motorway shown on S.O. 5477; thence southwesterly and northerly generally along right lines bearing 232° 52' 15", distance 206.20 metres; bearing 7° 23' 20", distance 246.16 metres; bearing 277° 23' 30", distance 485.63 metres; bearing 340° 31' 50", distance 1290.01 metres; and a right line bearing 7° 27', to the centre line of the main outfall channel; thence easterly along that centre line to the point of commencement.

SECOND SCHEDULE

ALL that area containing 10.5200 hectares, more or less, situated in the Hawke's Bay Land District, bounded by a line commencing at the southwestern corner of Lot 1, D.P. 6554 and proceeding easterly along the southern boundary of the said Lot 1 to and southerly along the western side of Church Road, to a point in line with the southern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 6685; thence easterly to and along that boundary and its production to and northerly along the centre of the Taipo Stream to and westerly along the southern boundary of Lot 5, D.P. 11734; thence northerly along the western boundaries of the said Lot 5 and Lots 9 and 10, D.P. 11649, to the northern boundary of Suburban Section 56, Meeanee, thence westerly along that boundary and its production to the middle of Church Road; thence southerly along the middle of Church Road to a point in line with the northern boundary of Suburban Section 61, Meeanee; thence westerly to and along that boundary to and southerly along the western boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 6554, to the point of commencement.
