Land Taken for a Service Lane in the Borough of Kaikohe
DENIS BLUNDELL, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a service lane and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Kaikohe as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 14th day of March 1974.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 422 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto, and used as a roadway, to be road.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 2 roods and 22.2 perches situated in Block IX, Opuawhanga Survey District, and being part Oriwa Block; as shown on plan M.O.W. 27633 (S.O. 47605) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works and Development at Wellington and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 28th day of February 1974.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First and Second Schedules hereto is hereby taken for the purpose of street extension and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Onehunga, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 14th day of March 1974.
