MATTER of DOWNINGS COURTEOUS SERVICES LIMITED a duly
incorporated company having its registered office at 14
Herald Road, Takapuna, a Debtor ex parte the Com-
missioner of Inland Revenue, a Creditor:

NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding-up
of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was
on the 22nd day of February 1973 presented to the said
Court by THE COMMISSIONER OF INLAND REVENUE and that
the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court
sitting at Auckland on the 13th day of March 1974 at
10 o'clock in the forenoon and any creditor or contributory
of the said company desirous to support or oppose the
making of an order on the said petition may appear at
the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that
purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by
the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said
company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge
for the same.

and timber merchants:

NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for winding-up of
the above-named company by the Supreme Court was on
the 15th day of November 1973, presented to the said Court
by Ronald Ernest Baker of Katikati, sawmiller and that
the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court
sitting at Hamilton on the 21st day of March 1974 at
10 o'clock in the forenoon and any creditor or contributory
of the said company desirous to support or oppose the

NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding-up
of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was,
on the 21st day of February 1974 presented to the said
Court by WILSON NEILL LIMITED a duly incorporated com-
pany having its registered office at Dunedin and carrying
on business as merchants and that the said petition is directed
to be heard before the Court sitting at Invercargill on the

                    WAIPA COUNTY COUNCIL
              NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Waipa County Council
proposes to execute a certain public work, to wit, the con-
struction of a public road for which purpose the land
described in the Schedule hereto requires to be taken by
the Council under the provisions of the Public Works Act
1928.

A plan of the land required to be taken as aforesaid
lies open to public inspection at the office of the Council
in Carlton Street, Te Awamutu.

Every person directly affected is hereby called upon to
set forth in writing any objection he may wish to make
to the execution of such work or to the taking of such
land not being an objection to the amount or payment of
compensation and to send such written objection to the
Town and Country Planning Appeal Board, Wellington,
within 40 days from the first publication of this notice. A
public hearing of the objection will be held unless the objector
otherwise requires and each objector will be advised of the
time and place of the hearing.
