NOTICE is hereby given by direction of the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries that, pursuant to section 3 of the Wool Testing Authority Act 1964, His Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to appoint

Desmond Jackson Stronach (as a Government representative) to be a member of the New Zealand Wool Testing Authority for a term of 3 years from 1 January 1974, vice Mr N. O. Thomas.

Appointment of Honorary Assistant Harbourmaster, Whangamata Harbour, and Honorary Deputy Harbourmaster, Doubtful Sound Harbour

PURSUANT to section 7 of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Peter Edward Muers of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport hereby appoint

Marritt Wesley Moss to be honorary assistant harbourmaster for Whangamata Harbour, and

Michael John Gardiner to be honorary deputy harbourmaster for Doubtful Sound Harbour.
