CORRIGENDUM
In the Declaration dated the 8th day of January 1974,
and published in Gazette, 31 January 1974, No. 7, p. 166,
declaring land taken for road in Block X, Moeraki Survey
District, Waihemo County, pursuant to section 32 of the
Public Works Act 1928, for the words and figures "part
Lot 1, D.P. 7956" referred to in the Schedule, read "part
Lot 1, D.P. 7856" which last mentioned appears in the
original Declaration signed for the Minister of Works and
Development.

Amending a Proclamation Taking Land for Waterworks in
Blocks VII and XI, Ruakaka Survey District, Whangarei
County

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928,
I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby amend the Proclamation taking land for
waterworks in Blocks VII and XI, Ruakaka Survey District,
Whangarei County, published in the Gazette, 18 October
1973, No. 96, on page 1997, by omitting the words "Chairman,
Councillors and Inhabitants of the County of Waitemata"
and substituting the words "Chairman, Councillors, and
Inhabitants of the County of Whangarei."
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand
this 17th day of January 1974.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward
Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare
that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the
28th day of February 1974.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 12.5 perches, situated in
Block VIII, Drury Survey District, North Auckland R.D.,
and being Allotment 278, Parish of Opaheke. All certificate
of title, Volume 704, folio 157, North Auckland Land
Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General and issued, under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 14th day of February 1974.

State Forest Land Set Apart as State Forest Park

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 63A (1) (a) of the Forests Act 1949,
I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby set apart the State forest land described
in the Schedule hereto as State forest park and shall hereby
form part of the North-West Nelson State Forest Park.

COUNTY
SECTIONS 5, 8, and 9, Block I, Oparara Survey District: area,
256.3682 hectares, more or less (S.O. Plan 7608).

the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington.
