ELLESMERE COUNTY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
NOTICE is hereby given that the Ellesmere County Council proposes, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to execute a certain public work, namely the formation of a road and for the purpose of such public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken; and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the County Council at Leeston and is there open for inspection.
All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said land should, if they have any objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said land, not being objections to the amount or payment of compensation, set forth such objection in writing and send the same within 40 days of the first publication of this notice to the County Clerk, Ellesmere County Council. If any objection is made in accordance with this notice, a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

WAIPA COUNTY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Waipa County Council proposes to execute a certain public work, to wit, the construction of a public road for which purpose the land described in the Schedule hereto requires to be taken by the Council under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928.
Plans of the land required to be taken as aforesaid lie open to public inspection at the office of the Council in Carlton Street, Te Awamutu.
Every person directly affected is hereby called upon to set forth in writing any objection he may wish to make to the execution of such work or to the taking of such land, not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation, and to send such written objection to the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board, Wellington, within 40 days from the first publication of this notice. RODNEY COUNTY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR ROAD,
WARKWORTH - WEST COAST ROAD, WOODCOCK'S RECONSTRUCTION
NOTICE is hereby given that the Rodney County Council intends to execute a certain work, namely the realignment and reconstruction of the Woodcocks section of the Warkworth - West Coast Road, and for the purpose of such work the parcels of land described in the First Schedule hereto are required to be taken for road pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, except that the parcel of land lastly described is an area of severance to be taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road. And notice is further given that plans showing the said parcels of land are deposited at the office of the Council situated at Baxter Street, Warkworth, and may there be inspected by all persons without fee during ordinary office hours.
Any person affected should set forth in writing any objection he may wish to make to the execution of the said work or to the taking of such lands, not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation, and send the same to the County Clerk, Rodney County Council, P.O. Box 3, Warkworth, so as to reach him not later than 29 March 1974, being 40 days after the first publication of this notice. If any objection is received, a public hearing of the same will be held unless the objector otherwise requires and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.
