NOTICE is hereby given that the order of the Supreme Court of New Zealand dated the 1st day of February 1974, confirming the reduction of capital of the above-named company from $1,550,000.00 to 500,000.00 and the minute approved

by the Court showing, with respect to the capital of the company as altered, the several particulars required by the above-mentioned Act, was registered by the Registrar of Companies on the 12th day of February 1974. The said minute is in the words and figures following:

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND IN BLOCKS X AND XI OTAHUHU SURVEY DISTRICT FOR STREET

The Public Works Act 1928, and the Municipal Corporations Act 1954

NOTICE is hereby given that the Manukau City Council requires and intends under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts to take, in the manner provided by the Public Works Act 1928, for street the piece of land described in the Schedule hereto. And notice is hereby further given that a plan showing the piece of land so required to be taken is deposited at the public office of the said council, at David Nathan Park, Hill Road, Manurewa, and is there open for inspection without fee, by all persons during the ordinary office hours. And notice is further given that every person directly affected by the taking of the said land is hereby called upon to set forth in writing any objection he may wish to make to the taking of the said land, not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation, and to send the written objection within 40 days from the first publication of this notice to the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board, 32 Mulgrave Street, Wellington (P.O. Box 12-244, Wellington North).

If any objection is made in accordance with paragraph (d) of subsection (1) of section 22 of the Public Works Act 1928 (as substituted by section 6 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1973) a public hearing of the objection will be held unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

ALL that piece of land situated in Blocks X and XI, Otahuhu Survey District, City of Manukau, North Auckland Land Registration District, comprising 4106 square metres, more or less, being part Clendon’s Grant, Parish of Papakura, and being the balance of the land described in certificate of title, Volume 517, folio 218. North Auckland Land Registry; as the same is shown and delineated on Survey Office Plan No. 49170.

The said piece of land is situated at Wiri and connects the two parts of Kerr’s Road.

IN the matter of the Public Works Act 1928, notice is hereby given by the Otorohanga County Council that it is proposed under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take for road the portions of land described in the Schedule hereto and notice is hereby further given that a plan showing the said pieces of land is on view and open for inspection at the office of the Council at the address set out below and that every person affected by the taking of the said pieces of land should set forth in writing any objection he may wish to make, not being an objection to the amount of compensation payable, and send the written objection within 40 days from the first publication of this notice to the County Clerk, Otorohanga County Council, Council Chambers, Maniapoto Street, Otorohanga.
